Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Scrubb app ("Scrubb", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Scrubb, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Scrubb on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

Subscriptions (Scrubb Pro)

Scrubb Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (yearly or weekly) and may include a 3-day free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Scrubb only with files you own or are authorized to modify, and not for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

Scrubb removes metadata on a best-effort basis using the data available in your files. While we work to strip all standard metadata (EXIF, GPS, device, and document fields), Scrubb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for verifying a cleaned file before sharing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Scrubb.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Scrubb after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
