Terms of Use

By downloading or using Compacto ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.

Subscriptions (Compacto Pro)

• Compacto Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (for example, weekly or yearly), and may include a free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Free tier

The free version allows a limited number of compressions per day. Limits may change over time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only with documents you have the right to process, and not for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Compression results vary by file. Always keep your original files; we are not responsible for any data loss.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
