Compacto is a PDF compression app that works entirely on your device. We designed it so your documents never have to leave your iPhone. This policy explains what we do — and mostly don't — collect.
All PDF compression happens locally on your device. Your PDFs, their contents, and the files you import or create are never uploaded to us or any server. We have no servers that receive your documents, and we cannot see them.
Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account; we never see your payment details. To manage your subscription status (for example, whether Pro is active) we use RevenueCat, which processes an anonymous app-user identifier and purchase information for entitlement management. Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymous crash and usage statistics if you have enabled sharing with developers in your device settings. This data is not linked to your identity.
Compacto is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
